Conference Sponsorships and ExhibitorsExhibitors The North Carolina School Counselor Association is holding its 2010 Fall Conference at the Sheraton Four Seasons – Koury Convention Center, Greensboro, N.C., in November. In recent years we have drawn over 1,500 participants with over 90 sessions during the three-day period. The NCSCA Conference provides an excellent opportunity for exhibitors to advertise and sell their goods, resources and services. Past experience has shown the NCSCA Fall Conference to be a valuable contact for you and for the North Carolina School Counselors. NCSCA will make every effort to ensure maximum attendance at the exhibits, with continental breakfast served on Thursday and Friday morning and box lunches given out on Thursday in the exhibit area. This year box lunches will be provided for exhibitors at no charge on Thursday, with a maximum of two box lunches per exhibit space. Sponsorships There are many ways to make your presence known and make an impact at the 2010 NCSCA Conference! 1. Sponsor an Event-Several key sponsorships are available for your company to be visible to all attendees. Sponsors wil be recognized in the conference program, on signage recognizing the sponsorship, and with a minimum of $2000.00 you will have your company logo linked on our website! 2. Contract for Exhibit Space- You will have prime location in the exhibit area to share your company product. 3.
