Meet Your Presenter: Margaret Ray-Nobles

With 37 years of experience as a school counselor and, Margaret has worked across every academic level—from community college to elementary, middle, and high school. She earned her National Board Certification in 2010 and went on to become a National Board Coach in Wake County, supporting school counselors through their certification journey.

Now serving as an academic school counselor at Willow Spring High School, Margaret is passionate about helping school counselors across North Carolina understand the National Board process, prepare their portfolios, and take the next step toward certification.
