Standing Behind & Supporting Our Members Since 1960

Government Relations

The North Carolina School Counselor Association works to provide a voice for school counselors across the state by developing and maintaining positive relationships with legislators and other government officials.  We are also the only professional organization in North Carolina that has a lobbyist working solely for the political interests of our profession.  Each year, NCSCA works to host a Legislative Day where members gather in Raleigh to visit the General Assembly to help advocate for our profession.
